sanscourier.ai is the home of Gonzalo (Glo) Maldonado — engineering leader turned founder coach. He has been in the arena, and now he opens the door.

After Microsoft acquired Yammer, Glo rebuilt the infrastructure that kept it standing as it scaled to billions of requests. He kept Nextdoor running through a pandemic and an IPO. He took his own company, Mocksi, into a16z Speedrun (SR005). He shares that history not to impress, but so founders believe him when he says he has already made the mistakes they are about to make — and would rather they skip them.
